At Bougies Skincare, we strive to provide the highest quality services and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided. However, in certain exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund or adjustment. Please review our refund policy below:

  • Payments made for waxing, microblading, facials, or permanent makeup services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
  • Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction resulting from failure to follow pre-treatment or aftercare instructions.

Exceptions

Refunds or service adjustments may be considered in the following cases:

  1. Service Not Rendered: If a scheduled service is not performed due to an error on our part.
  2. Medical Contraindications: If you are unable to proceed with a treatment for medical reasons verified by a doctor’s note.

Adjustments or Corrections

If you are dissatisfied with a service, we offer free adjustments or corrections within a specific timeframe:

  • Waxing: Within 24 hours of the service.
  • Microblading and Permanent Makeup: Touch-ups may be provided based on the artist’s discretion and as per our touch-up policy.
  • Facials: If an allergic reaction occurs, please contact us immediately for an assessment and follow-up care.

Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Late arrivals may result in rescheduling or shortened appointments without a refund.
